Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by The Regency Hotel
While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with The Regency Hotel, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
- Product No Longer Available With Our Merchant Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
- Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
- Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
- Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
Want to Return a Product?
Return Request to be filed with The Regency Hotel Customer Care within 2 days of Delivery. Products should be returned in the original condition.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective/Damaged Product
- Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications
- Wrong Color/ Size/ Style
- Incorrect Quantity
- Wrong Product Delivered
- Part of Product is missing
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
- Damaged products reported after 2-days.
- Customized Products.
- Product is used or worn or altered
How do I file a Return request and what happens afterwards?
Please send an email or call our customer care firstname.lastname@example.org. Return request will be reviewed by theregency.co.in Team. If required, request will be shared with the merchant for his/her approval.
After approval, we will ask you to return the product (at your own cost). After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Refund is initiated after that.
What happens afterwards?
It takes between 1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised, to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
When will I get the refund?
We initiate the refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center in case of Returns. In case of cancellations, if the product is not shipped, we initiate the refund immediately.
For Bank Refund, it may take up to 2 weeks, for the amount to get credited in your account, after we have initiated the refund.
Time taken to process the Refund may vary depending on the mode of payment. Please refer to the list below.
- Net banking: 4-5 Business days
- Debit card: 7-9 Business days
- Credit card: 15 Business days
